Sacramento, California October 17, 2014:  All nominees will be presented during the 17th Annual Outstanding Women Leaders Awards gala dinner hosted by KFBK radio personality Kitty O’Neal. The ceremony commences at 6:00pm at The Double Tree Hotel Sacramento on Thursday, October 16th, 2014.
